SINNERSCHRADER GROWS BY 13.4% IN 2017/2018 FINANCIAL YEAR / DOUBLE-DIGIT GROWTH IN REVENUE TO EUR 70 MILLION FORECAST FOR 2018/2019 / CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS TO BE PUBLISHED TODAY
Today, SinnerSchrader AG’s Supervisory Board has endorsed the audited Consolidated Financial Statements 2017/2018 and the audited Financial Statements 2017/2018 of SinnerSchrader AG. Both statements had been certified with an unqualified audit opinion.
As forecast, SinnerSchrader ended the 2017/2018 financial year (1 September 2017 to 31 August 2018) with revenue of around EUR 64.3 million, EBITA of EUR 5.2 million and consolidated net income of approximately EUR 3.5 million, resulting in earnings per share of EUR 0.30.
The figures taken from the audited Consolidated Financial Statements confirm the provisional figures published on 27 September 2018. The prior-year figures of EUR 56.7 million in revenue, EUR 5.0 million in EBITA and EUR 3.5 million in consolidated net income were all improved on, as was the revenue target for the 2017/2018 financial year as a whole of EUR 63.8 million. In total, SinnerSchrader expanded its business volume by 13.4% in the past financial year.
In line with planning, the costs from the merger with Accenture amounted to more than EUR 2.0 million in the 2017/2018 financial year. Thus, EBITA before transaction costs was approximately EUR 7.2 million as against EUR 6.3 million in the previous year. The operating margin for 2017/2018 as a whole was 11.2% after 11.0% in the previous year.
Above all, SinnerSchrader’s business with large corporate clients benefited from it being part of the Accenture Group. Customers entrusted SinnerSchrader with project programmes worth tens of millions of euro for the first time in the 2017/2018 financial year.
SinnerSchrader is forecasting a double-digit growth rate and a rise in revenue to more than EUR 70 million for the coming 2018/2019 financial year.
SinnerSchrader assumes that it will again be able to combine the growth in revenue with a slight improvement in its operating return. EBITA before transaction costs is expected to rise at a rate slightly faster than the growth in revenue.
